If you’ve ever removed carpeting, you know that the padding can be a real pain to get up. Even if you get most of it up, there’s always that one spot that just won’t budge. Here’s a little trick that may help. First, wet the spot with a sponge or a spray bottle. Then, take a putty knife and slip it under the edge of the padding. Use the putty knife to pry the padding up a little bit, then grab hold of it and pull. The moisture should help loosen the adhesive and make it easier to remove the padding.<\/p>\n
