In order to remove carpet grippers, you will need to following these steps:

1. Locate the carpet grippers. These are usually located at the edges of the room, where the carpet meets the wall.

2. Use a putty knife or another thin, blunt object to pry the grippers up from the floor.

3. Once the grippers are loose, you should be able to pull them up and away from the carpet. If they are still attached in some places, you can use the putty knife to help pry them loose.
